Youth that sign up for CYIA commit to teaching at three 5-Day Clubs which are usually organized to have three per day:
June 30-July 2 (two teams)
– 10am-12pm | Cedar Grove Church, Myrtle Creek
– 1-2:30pm
– 5-8pm | Melrose Vacation Bible Club (counts as 2 clubs)
July 6-10 (two teams)
-10am-11:30am | Eastwood Park
-10am-11:30am | Church of the Nazarene
-1-2:30pm
– 3:30-5pm | Mefferd Home
July 13-17
-8:30am-5pm | Camp Good News (counts as 2 clubs and will need 10-15 CYIAers)
July 20-24 (one team)
-10am-11:30am | Crossroads Christian Fellowship
-1-2:30pm | New Hope Church
– 3:30-5pm
July 27-31 (one team)
-10am-11:30am | Creekside Family Church

If there is a particular club that you need to do, please let Mariah or Robin know ASAP. 5-Day Club teams are built on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you are flexible, let us know which weeks. This helps us put together strong teams.
FAQ
Do I need to attend the full week of CYIA camp?
Yes. Unless you have specific permission from Mariah (granted under extreme circumstances), you are required to attend all parts of CYIA camp.
Do I have to shower during CYIA?
Yes. Yes. Yes. It is a requirement and this year we are excited to have showers on campus!
Where will we sleep during CYIA?
You will be sleeping in a counseling group with a couple counselors and summer missionaries your age. You will definitely want some kind of padding to sleep on and your sleeping bag or bedding. Good sleep is necessary for serving the Lord with our best!
- The full registration fee is due on June 15, but you are welcome to send it in early. We will be sending out an email the first week of June with your final balance (after office hours are gone, popcan drive finished, and AWANA money is in).
- If you want a CYIA pull-over hoodie, they are $20, CYIA zip-up hoodies are $30, CYIA beanies are $10. Also, if you are a returning student who needs new T-shirts, I need to know this so I can be sure we have some for you.
- (After May 9th) If you have not done Pre-Training yet, please get that done and let me know. Levels blue and one will be sharing a Wordless Book practicum in their interview, and Levels 2-5 will need to do their level’s quiz and practicum(s).
